Our Brighton Pride menu
Our Tutto Pride menu is all about bringing people together, with four courses of flavour–packed dishes designed to share.
Start with focaccia for the table, followed by a trio of Italian-inspired starters including Sicilian caponata with almond purée and basil, and peperoncini salami arancini with preserved lemon aioli and parmesan.
Then it’s time to choose your pasta. Dig into comforting paccheri with spring lamb ragu, ricotta salata and salsa verde; fresh tagliatelle verde with asparagus, peas, whipped goats curd and pistachio pangrattato; or tonarelli with tiger prawn, prawn head bisque and basil.

Brighton Pride calls for something colourful, and we’ve got just the thing. No Italian celebration is complete without a drink in hand, so we’ve created a selection of refreshing cocktails and ice-cold favourites to keep the festa going.
Raise a glass with our Italian-inspired spritz selection, including zesty limoncello, vibrant orangecello and sweet meloncello spritzes, all available for £8. Perfectly paired with our Pride menu, they’re made for sunny terrace moments, good company and celebrating together.
