Spring seems to have officially sprung. The Easter Bank Holiday is on the horizon and, as many of our seasonal favourites make their return, our menu is bursting with Spring flavours.
We’re really excited to be introducing our Sea Bass Crudo, Pickled Lemon, Fennel and Rosemary, everyone’s favourite Burrata, Walnut Trapanese and Onglet Tagliata with charred Corni Di Torro Peppers topped with Salsa Verde.
Plus, take your pick from a selection of handmade pasta including; Panzotti, Peas, Asparagus, Wild Garlic and Ricotta, Rigatoni with deliciously indulgent Fennel Sausage Ragu, Pork Belly and Nduja or our vibrant green Risotto of Basil, Courgettes and Goats Curd topped with Pine nuts
