From there, we turn to a region we have a true love affair with
Piedmont. Autumn here is defined by the king of mushrooms, the porcini. The centrepiece is lasagna bianco with porcini and truffle, rich and layered, finished at the table with parmesan. Alongside, a taleggio, Tropea onion & garlic pizzette, and a bitter leaf salad with white balsamic to keep things bright.
