An Italian Autumn’ – Tutto Seasonal Italian Feast

“A tavola non si invecchia” – one does not grow old at the table.

At Tutto, we believe time slows when food is shared. This OctoberBest, our special menu will take you to autumn in Italy – a long lunch of seasonal dishes, made for sharing at the table.

We begin with cicchetti to share across the table – a first taste of autumn in Italy: seasonal giardiniera, warm focaccia with ricotta and tapenade, and supplì alla Romana with garlic aioli. Then come seasonal Italian starters – plates that capture the first flavours of autumn: mozzarella di bufala with Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnut pesto, and Castelfranco, fennel, beetroot and orange salad.

From there, we turn to a region we have a true love affair with

Piedmont. Autumn here is defined by the king of mushrooms, the porcini. The centrepiece is lasagna bianco with porcini and truffle, rich and layered, finished at the table with parmesan. Alongside, a taleggio, Tropea onion & garlic pizzette, and a bitter leaf salad with white balsamic to keep things bright.

To finish, Tutto’s fig leaf soft serve:
Bright, fragrant, and the perfect end to a long Italian lunch. An optional wine flight from Piedmont will also be available – poured tableside (by the magnum) and perfectly tuned to the season.
