BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS AT TUTTO IN OCTOBER

Tutto turns two this month and, to celebrate, we’re doing away with the traditional (boring) birthday-day and instead we’re doing a whole month’s worth of celebrations.  

A restaurant and a team as great as ours deserve a bit of fanfare, so we’ve got a few exciting things happening throughout October.  

FUTURE SELF COFFEE X TUTTO

In Italy, coffee is more than a quick caffeine boost, it’s a way of life. It’s a daily ritual that fosters social connection, whether enjoyed leisurely at a cafe with friends, or stood up at a bar with the locals.  

We understand the importance of great coffee here at Tutto, so we’ve teamed up with our friends at Future Self Coffee to create a special collaboration cocktail menu which will be running throughout the month of October as part of our birthday celebrations.  

As we head into Autumn and the colder months, we felt it was the perfect time to mix up some delicious coffee-based drinks and desserts, and we are proud to have worked with Future Self Coffee owner and Brighton local Alfie Deyes on this special menu.  

Utilising all four of Future Self Coffee’s incredible blends, we’ve developed a signature menu consisting of three cocktails including a Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini, a Coffee Infused Negroni and a Honey & Cognac serve, as well as a delicious non-alcoholic decaffeinated drink and a stunning pistachio tiramisu.

OCTOBERBEST

OctoberBEST is back and we are honored to once again be included in the lineup of Brighton’s best restaurants invited to participate. We’re not ones for doing things by half measures around here, so for this year’s OctoberBEST menu, we’re taking inspiration from the best Autumnal produce available from across all 20 regions of Italy.  

October is harvest season in Italy, which means you can find these incredible food and drink festivals across the different regions at this time of year. For this menu, we’ve pulled together the best seasonal ingredients for these dishes, from the mountains in the North, right down to Sicily in the South, and cooked them in an uncomplicated style.  

Our menu, priced at £30/35 for 2/3 courses, includes Mortadella Pizzette, Celeriac & Truffle Salad, Pumpkin Risotto with Candied Chestnuts and Goat’s Curd and a rich Potato Gnocchi with Wild Boar Ragu and Pecorino Romano, all finished with Sardinian Cheese & Honey Pastries with Roasted Grapes.

TUTTO’S BIRTHDAY FEAST

On the 27th October, we’re throwing the ultimate Tutto Birthday Feast, with 3 courses of stunning Italian food and bottomless prosecco cocktails to wrap up our month of birthday celebrations in style.  

Our menu, including Burratina with Pistachio Pesto, Beef Carpaccio with Porcini Dressing, Celeriac & Truffle Salad, Venison Ragu Pappardelle, Jerusalem Artichoke Risotto, Spinach & Ricotta Agnolotti, finished by the birthday cake to end all birthday cakes, all priced at just £33/35 for 2/3 courses. 

As well as serving up the best Italian food this side of Napoli, we’ll also be pouring bottomless prosecco cocktails including Mimosas, Bellinis and Rossinis, as well as beer and soft drinks for an additional £26.  

We’ll be kicking off the feast at 11:30am with tables available until 14:30. We expect this to be a popular one, so reserve your table using the link below quickly to avoid disappointment.
