Our Taste of… series celebrates a different region of Italy with each one-off event, brought to life through a specially curated menu of sharing dishes and carefully selected wines.
After a sold-out Taste of Puglia and a sun-soaked Taste of Sicily, our next stop is Tuscany on Wednesday 14th October.
Expect an evening of regional flavours, exceptional Italian wines and plenty of Italian spirit, all here in Brighton.

Join us on Wednesday 14th October as our Taste of… series continues with a journey to Tuscany, where rolling hills, rich culinary traditions and world-renowned wines set the scene for one very Italian evening.
For one night only, we’re bringing Tuscany to Brighton with an exclusive four-course menu, served Tutto-style and designed to share. Expect generous, rustic dishes inspired by the region, with every course paired with a carefully selected wine from Banfi.
We’re joined by Joe Wadhams from Halgarten, who will be on hand throughout the evening to share a little insight into the wines and the region.
Gather your favourite people, settle in and enjoy four courses, four glasses of Tuscan wine and a little taste of Italy, all for £75 per person.

The Feast
Enjoy a four-course Taste of Tuscany experience menu, with a vegetarian version available. Expect generous dishes inspired by the flavours and traditions of the region, served Tutto-style and made for sharing.
The Pairings
Each course is accompanied by a glass of Tuscan wine from Banfi, hand selected by Joe Wadhams to complement the menu and showcase the wines of the region.
Additional wines by the glass and bottle will also be available to purchase on the evening.
The Price
£75 per person, including the four-course menu and wine pairing with each course.

Founded in 1978 by brothers John and Harry Mariani, Banfi combines a passion for Italian winemaking with innovation and a deep respect for the land. Today, its wines showcase the distinct character of each region, from the elegant Sangiovese of Chianti to the powerful Super Tuscans of Bolgheri.
For our Taste of Tuscany evening, we’ll be pouring a selection of Banfi wines, carefully chosen to complement each course and give you a taste of what makes Tuscan wine so special.
