A taste of the new Autumn menu
We begin where every good Italian meal begins: with something to share. Cicchetti and small plates set the tone: warm focaccia spread with whipped ricotta, crisp supplì alla Vodka with herb emulsion, and tuna crudo dressed in winter citrus, Calabrian chilli, and pistachio. Our Salumeria celebrates Italy’s artisan producers with hand-selected salumi, sliced to order and served by weight in 25g portions for the perfect tasting experience. It’s simple, soulful, and best enjoyed alongside good wine and even better company.
When it comes to pasta, ours is made fresh in-house every day, rolled, cut, and cooked with the care it deserves. Spaghetti with brown crab and Amalfi lemon brings a taste of the coast, while Cavatelli with broccoli, chilli and ricotta salata offers a richer, heartier take on comfort food. And because Tutto never shies away from a bit of indulgence, there’s Mortadella pizza with pistachio and burrata, creamy, savoury, and unapologetically moreish.
